| Abstract: | The project aims to investigate, implement andm evaluate methods, technologies and policies that will assist in the embedding and widespread acceptance of APEL. The objectives of Pineapple include to: - review existing APEL resources and identify any gaps - review the current situation within the partnership - identify barriers and mechanisms to implementation - how these are viewed by different stakeholders - how they might differ according to course or institution - develop processes to allow the collation and sharing of APEL data and information between members of the partnership - develop, implement and evaluate an APEL diagnostic toolkit for stakeholders to explain, guide and track the APEL process from the institutional perspective - develop central support and training for staff and external examiner |
